Palm Reader Pro provides AI-generated palm reading guides for entertainment and reflection. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Palm photos you choose to capture or upload for a reading.
• Generated palm reading results returned by the app.
• Purchase, subscription, and entitlement information from Apple and RevenueCat.
• Basic technical information such as app version, device type, diagnostics, and server logs used to keep the service running.

How We Use Information

• To generate your palm reading guide from the photo you provide.
• To manage subscriptions, lifetime purchases, restore purchases, and access to Palm Reader Pro features.
• To provide support, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and improve the app.
• To comply with legal, security, and App Store requirements.

AI Processing

When you request a reading, your palm photo is sent to our backend and then to OpenAI to generate the result. Do not upload photos that contain sensitive information you do not want processed by these services.

Payments And Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage product offerings, subscription status, purchase history, entitlements, and Customer Center features. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the app, including hosting, AI generation, purchase management, diagnostics, and customer support.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and resolve support issues. Server logs and uploaded images may be retained temporarily by us or our service providers.

Your Choices

• You can choose not to upload a palm photo.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
• You can restore purchases in the app.
• You can contact us to request help with privacy questions or deletion requests.

Children

Palm Reader Pro is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
