These Terms of Use govern your use of Palm Reader Pro. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

Entertainment Only

Palm Reader Pro provides AI-generated palm reading content for entertainment and personal reflection only. The app does not provide professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or spiritual advice. Do not rely on a reading to make important life, health, financial, legal, or safety decisions.

Your Content

You are responsible for the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to submit the photo and that it does not violate anyone else's rights. You grant us permission to process the photo only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Palm Reader Pro.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with the service, attempt to reverse engineer private systems, upload unlawful content, or use Palm Reader Pro in a way that violates applicable law or App Store rules.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Palm Reader Pro may offer subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and consumable purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple account. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Palm Reader Pro Entitlement

Active subscriptions and eligible lifetime purchases unlock the Palm Reader Pro entitlement. Access may end if a subscription expires, is canceled, is refunded, or if payment cannot be completed.

Refunds

Apple handles App Store refunds and billing support. You can request refunds through Apple using the process Apple provides for App Store purchases.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also update pricing, features, or product offerings where allowed by Apple and applicable law.

AI Results

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Palm Reader Pro makes no guarantee that any reading is accurate or predictive.

Disclaimer

The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm Reader Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Palm Reader Pro after changes means you accept the updated terms.
